Ukrposhta
Ukrposhta serves as the national postal service of Ukraine, and it is a public company owned by the state, highlighting its strategic importance. Since 1947, Ukrposhta has been a member of the Universal Postal Union, actively participating in international postal cooperation. In addition, it is responsible for producing postage stamps in Ukraine, known as "Ukrainian stamps."
In 1994, Ukrposhta was established as a separate organization as part of the restructuring of Ukrtelecom. This restructuring resulted in Ukrposhta handling postal services while Ukrtelecom focused on telephone and telegraph services. Today, Ukrposhta operates under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, and its operations are guided by resolutions issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Ukrposhta facilitates mail and parcel delivery services across Ukraine as a vital organization. It serves the needs of individuals, businesses, and the nation, ensuring the country's smooth and efficient flow of postal services.
